Stretch & Relaxation - gentle movement & restorative hold.

Happy Hips Flow - dynamic sequencing of asana and breath to keep those hips happy and moving.

Good Morning Flow - starting our morning with slower asana movements and breath.

Asana & Abs - 30 minute flow transitioning into 30 minutes core work.

Pilates Fit - pilates movements with some extra spice! (weights optional)

Cardio & Core - pretty much how it sounds! (weights optional)

30 minute HIIT - high intensity interval training (weights optional)

ABT - bringing back that community centre classic: abs, butt, thighs. (weights optional)

Sweat Sesh - a full body workout: interval and rep/set strength training and conditioning. (weights optional)

Upper Body Burn - 30 minutes arms, back, chest. (weights suggested - do no need to be traditional hand weights.)

Barre Fusion - a spin on a traditional ballet barre class that adds elements of pilates and other fitness modalities. (chair or wall suggested. weights optional)
